As a recovering addict I love how you act towards the "newly sober". The hardest word an addict can hear is "NO", and you say it so easily and don't back down after saying it. Keep up the good work and you keep me motivated--I have been sober going on 9 years. Never thought I would make it 9 minutes, let alone 9 years. Many people have to hold the hand of one person recovering, you're way beyond that. Emotions are heightened, and it should be expected staff walks a fine line trying to help, and doing things that are inappropriate or counter-productive. I think you would have an easier time drawing the line and calmly saying to the tenants that either they comply or the strongman gets involved, and maybe the police. I particularly have been interested in Penny/Jenny, she would very likely do well in modelling, or acting.
